Contact
Two different sets of contact details matter here, and mixing them up costs people their refund window. Order, shipping and refund questions go to the seller’s customer service. Corrections to anything published on this site come to us.
Orders, shipping & refunds
Handled by the product’s customer service team, not by us. We cannot look up your order, issue a refund or cancel an order on your behalf.
Support email — support@memodyne.org
Order page — Memodyne official website
For a refund: email customer service within 60 days of your purchase date, and keep a copy with the timestamp. Full steps here.
For the doses: ask for the milligram amount of each of the six actives in writing. It is the single most useful question to ask before ordering.
Corrections & editorial
If anything here is out of date or wrong — a price, an ingredient, a policy step, an interaction — tell us. We check it against the primary source, correct it, and update the verification date when we do.
Editorial — editorial@memoodyne.com
We aim to respond to correction reports within five business days. Include the page URL and, where possible, the source that contradicts us.
We cannot give medical advice. Please do not email us asking whether this product is safe alongside your medication, or whether your memory symptoms are concerning. We are not able to answer those questions and answering them badly could genuinely hurt someone. Your pharmacist can check a St. John’s Wort interaction in minutes, usually free and without an appointment, and your doctor can assess memory concerns properly. Both are far better placed than any website.
